Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If you are looking for a firm to do your article training in the area, I would recommend our firm as there you will not only deal with a specific task throughout your articleship rather you would be engaged in every possible aspect of the business and hence you will get the opportunity to gain knowledge from almost every sector of the industry from SAP learning to Taxation matters (both within as well as in the department). Highly recommended!
