Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Many... such as first and important no salary on time and you need to beg for your salary, once you ask for salary he will say you are not performing as needed and you may leave the company. So forget about your salary and work for free, Every three months he has new employees and play with their career with false commitments.

Fake company work for 2 or 3 months, and once you ask for salary, He will say you are not performing as required for the company growth. And he will ask you to leave. So no salary just work for free. He has all new faces in the office every 2 or 3 months....

This is one of the worst companies a person can land up. It's a very small set up. With people with even smaller mind set.

Dislikes

The salary gets credited in parts after 2-3 months after much pleading and discussions. The way management treat the employees.

Worst company to work with.. overall fraudulent behaviour.. they don't pay money.. almost for three months I did not received the salary.. Even they threaten the employee after leaving the same
