It's a family owned business activity, where two sons are having supreme knowledge, just because they are son of the owner. They regularly remind to others that they are the owner n having more knowledge, inspite of not able to clear graduation.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
