Vimal is big corporate with 200+employees pan India. It's well organized company who take care of their employees very well.

Dislikes

There is dirty politics going by the name management and thus can target any employee at any time

I am working from last 6 and 1/2 years , tried to execute many projects with all the freedom required got from the team and company management

Dislikes

Nothing as such to dislike , as i am observing from the date of joining in every task getting good clarity

Job Security - Employees have been working here since 20 years also. Work Culture - It is great, sales and marketing division is great to work with and it is like one huge family. Management - Very welcoming, and always promote growth. Company policies - Very quick to adapt to situations eg during lockdown, the implementation of Work from Home was quick.

Dislikes

It would be better if there was a canteen.

Supportive Management and Work efficiency. I have learn very good things while working for vimal on short notice of 2 months only.

Dislikes

I worked in vimal intertrade for only 2 months due to internal issues with HR.some people from Hr team is actually so much arrogent while talking with you. No one in HR team deserve to be a HR as that they are having zero knowledge of HR.
