Nothing to say much just a company which doesn't care about employees and don't treat them well

I was working in this company since past 1.5 years, with out any salary increments Reason was so funny that This company had no manager and if we ask for hike they said there is no manager As soon as the manager came that we asked him for hike and that MF just laye off around 20 employees at a time and blackmailed all off the with out giving salary and should torture And the funny fact is still the employees working from past 3 years are also gating the same salary from there joining of the company . All reason for this is that MF manager ....,@#

Oh! I absolutely love everything about this company. Long hours, low pay, cruel office politics are some of the things that make me absolutely thrilled to come to work everyday. I also enjoy watching everything fall apart from the inside and revel in chaos. It's a lot of fun to see the company struggle and employees struggle, and I get a certain satisfaction knowing that I'm contributing to the downfall. Plus, the power dynamics and lack of ethical standards make for a really exciting work environment. it's just a dream come true. Can't wait to see what other amazing surprises this company has in store for me.

Dislikes

It's horrible, lot of politics, a stressful working condition(16-17 hrs/day), late night 3-4 am calls, A betal shop runs better than this company, no proper release cycle, no concept of user stories- Manger just throws the task to us without giving the background, proper requirement, no deployment plan, anyone can go on production servers and play there(deploy anything), majority of the employees(especially the so called senior folks) think their shit doesn't stink, I don't even know why I'm working here! Now comes my favourite colleague- THE HR- she is a clown, has no brain, boot licks the management team(especially the India site head) and preaches the same to every employee. Moral of the story- Join this company at your own risk!

...r, instead of distributing profit they have enormously gained, they sack people. Only owners with an experience of 5-8 years earns bonus of 90lakhs/year with their annual salary of1 crore Full loads of work, long-hours. Even week-end also Come and join, if u want to commit suicide, they will help u in this process Lot of words They delete Glass-door honest and negative feedback given to them by giving loads of money to Glass-door. This also proves glass-door is also a fake This is a Hiring and Firing company. Selfish owners make all the profits leaving no bonus/increment to employees
