Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The work Culture at the company is good you get learning and enhance your skills which are actually need they train you from the scratch and give you practical knowledge rather than what we studied in books because practical aspect is very different form the back. Timming are flexible more over the company is centric to the result.

Dislikes

Sometimes Micro Management is done which may be not accepted by everyone.
