There are few drawbacks as some things aren't transparent. Salary is good but increment is very less or growth is very slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. Another plus point is that my colleagues are very helpful,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like my MD sir.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12 hours straight in a day.

The company works for poor and unprivillaged people of our society for their socio-economic growth which motivates me. And the Office premises at Ecospace (HO) is quite impressive and carries a corporate feel.

Gossiping within employee circle is quite irritating sometimes. People are very judgemental about you and your personal matters.

Job security is well but management financial work and IT help also action in any work process so slow if those are are make action fast then all go to good place.

Before push the person in to training make good interview and chose the right person for right place and when the person in training that time must be observe that person good for company or not because that person can be harmful for company future.
