The company works for poor and unprivillaged people of our society for their socio-economic growth which motivates me. And the Office premises at Ecospace (HO) is quite impressive and carries a corporate feel.

Gossiping within employee circle is quite irritating sometimes. People are very judgemental about you and your personal matters.

Job security is well but management financial work and IT help also action in any work process so slow if those are are make action fast then all go to good place.

Before push the person in to training make good interview and chose the right person for right place and when the person in training that time must be observe that person good for company or not because that person can be harmful for company future.
