Work environment is not good and culture. Company policies are not good. Appraisers are not fair and they not give good salary. Management is not transparent. No leave no others benefit etc.

Company culture is very pathetic due to: Too much interference in your work and personal life by owners. No HOD are given freedom to take decision as per their ability. All single decision needs to be approved by owners and HOD has to accept and bow down to owner. Zero employee benefits for long term service and performance review system is a faux. All organic ratings are then manipulated by the owner himself. Owner habitual to humiliate their employees Owners claim and have their mindset as they own all their employees (a very Raj era mindset) Owner don't hesitate to use foul language.
