... who deserves don't get paid enough and those who doesn't are getting paid more. Many old employees are at low salary even after 5 years of experience whereas new GETs or jonees are getting higher salaries without any experience. This discrimination makes many employees unsatisfied.

Sole motivator of whole plant is unit head- Pal sir. Newspaper area, tea time, lunch, breakfast, dinner, training, employee engagement, employee appreciation schemes, exercise, etc.

Dislikes

Low volume high product mix. 80% permanent Staff - 20% contract employee. As major technician, line & zone leader, machine operator - production & assembly are working since last 10-12 years. So, can't change working method or implement new concept as generally it is not accepted. Daily 30 minutes break, 02 tea break 15 minutes each and average wait time 60 minutes. In one shift 02 hours rest +05 hours work + 01 hour sleep after lunch. Also, mid level & top level management failing to lead executives. Mid level management have no awareness about KPI&KRA.

1. Too much upper management involvement 2. Job security issue 3. No set processes 4. Multiple reportings 5. Communication issues - Compartmentalized data within same company siting confidentiality

No appreciation for the work you do. No proper planning & work culture,treats as you are an educated worker. Toxic environment , no job security you can be thrown out any time when you work is not required (use and throw).

This company is not good for Systematic Employees because there is many documents but difficult to implement just because of Poor culture. I am trying to Rid off from this job it's toxic experience.
