Dislikes

There is no progress in this job ,salary of quality control staff is less than worker or labour (11-12k) on contract basis. Very poor job culture. There is not any fastival,cultural program celebrate in this company.this is cultural backward.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
