...may not able to join the company because management decision can change anytime. In sorts you lose you past and present job if you prefer this company to join after watching the best pay package. I am example of one guy within many people who affted like this. They spoil you career and make you job less in one go. HR , Department Head are helpless under moddy management. So I suggest you to read my post before join this company.

They provide you good package and make you job less next day once you need a good job. Management are very moddy. Frequently change dession. Hr , Head of department are ok but management are not good.

really with out any doubt it a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD PLACE TO LEARN. Join there if you want to learn, start your career. Easily you can talk with top management people with out any restrictions.

... they declare leave in the mid night and cancel in 5 minutes before shift start.as they wish they use to decide salary.

Worst culture You will not get salary in time Especially travel reimbursment will take months together to get your reimbursement and we need to do marathan follow up to get your travel bills over all it is a worst company

1. The initial salary offered is on the higher side. 2. The management has undergone huge changes post covid. The new leadership is experienced and growth focussed. 3. High scope for individual knowledge growth.

1. The HR Admin policies at plants are pathetic. 2. Smart phones are not allowed in the plants. 3. Politics prevails. 4. Lack of proper transparency.
