The only thing I like about working there was handling the team,managing them and getting to learn new things.

The work culture was the worst and there was no job security at all,anyone can be fired at any time, there is absolutely no growth, the director of the company gets any work done as per his wish, no matter which department you are from.

There's so much politics. The problem is of three-four people and when you complain about these then your problem never be solved as the organisation is do all the biases with those guys. I hope, it will help.
