I have worked for 5+ years at himayatnagar branch. every month salary is on time between 5-6 day. Appraiser is every year in April month. Management is very professional and engaged with business every day, leave policy is very good. Latest machines, software they used, they are using upgraded equipment and software. On all branches they have well qualified and experienced staff. They hire highly experienced doctors for reporting. No compromise on quality Thier It's one of best diagnostic chain in India.

It is an extremely professional place..no time for gossips and time waste..only work and quality work. Very very hectic for the employees but too good for patients.

It should be a bit more employee friendly in terms of salary and leaves.

VDC is very good place for a skill development for a fresher, company policies are good. Management is also good..

Strict duty timings, if you got late to your shift you got Half day Loss of pay. In Monthly consumption audit if you got any shortage in any test count then that amount will deducted from your salary

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
