Overall never suggest to join this company in any department, they make you fool after joining by disclosing there Hitler Rules & Conditions.

Dislikes

This company doesn't pay salary on time, no bonus no increment in past 2 years. The company doesn't care about employees, they keep 15 days salary in hold so that the employee doesn't abscond. The company is good at deducting employee's salary for silly reasons that nowhere affects the company. The management doesn't provide proper resources and doesn't answer to any of the employee's queries.

It is an extremely professional place..no time for gossips and time waste..only work and quality work. Very very hectic for the employees but too good for patients.

It should be a bit more employee friendly in terms of salary and leaves.

Worst audit department. Having targets to cut the salaries of employees. 9. More domination from senior employees who are so called senior managers 10. After resignation settlements take six months for employees from HR department also 11. On the name of HR Rules higher management behaves ruthlessly with employees. 12. Travel policy is worst. We need to bear from our own pockets 13. In COVID time when employees are sick, salaries were deducted without any mercy. 14. Semi skilled people only will work for longer periods 15. Better not to join this company as they don't have professionalism and work ethics. 16. Lot of cases filed in labor department against the management. 17. Intentionally will give bad feedback to ex employees and spoil their career.
