...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very laborous work.don't value for worker Always overworkload and pressure.

Strictly time maintance As their convenience they change shifts . So much of salary cuttings. They kept security as 2months salary. When u resign they will manipulate and not paying the security.

In vijaya diagnostic center work protocol is good and security also Very nice. Management and company policies are also good to see.

I am all was good to see work side.. And protocol. Salary is not increases. If new technician are come there slary is more then seinor technician.

I am only 18000 salary without 4 members depend on my salary .and also rented house .but company told me to do half day .its very hard to ajust plz kindly decsuce about that

There is no canteen. no proper lunch time. No vehicle parking place. Frequent salary cuttings For silly reasons. No other benefits like No family education support. No Family health support. No cafeteria. No job training. And not soft skill development.
