7) Your KRA allotted during joing with be disturbed and involved by other departments employee with permission of senior management.
8) There is no process of work, complete family business culture being a corporate company.
9) Insufficient allowances to senior joinees
10) Unrealistic expectations and change of policies and terms every month.
11) No Holiday /Half day on Saturday.
12) even if you are allocated with some travel budget, for even Rs.100/- you need to take CEO approval.
Overall never suggest to join this company in any department, they make you fool after joining by disclosing there Hitler Rules & Conditions.

...s careless about their employees.Unprofessional one will never let you go ahead. Negligible appraisal, Salary deduction.Little allowance. No carrier growth. Changing staff every 6 month.
It is an extremely professional place..no time for gossips and time waste..only work and quality work. Very very hectic for the employees but too good for patients.
1.No proper salary hikes
2.No health insurance
3.No canteen/Refreshments
4.Heavy work load
5.No budget for training and employee skill enhancement.
6.More bossism
7. poor knowledge old employees are in senior positions
8. Worst audit department. Having targets to cut the salaries of employees.
9. More domination from senior employees who are so called senior managers
10. After resignation settlements take six months for employees from HR department also
11. On the name of HR Rules higher management behaves ruthlessly with employees.
12. Travel policy is worst. We need to bear from our own pockets
