If regular employee does not like a outsourcing employee, immediately without discussion, without any reason, they will terminate that outsourcing employee, Vijaya Dairy Profit is very high, still they will say as Diary is in Loss, Every Arrears, D.A, P.A Increments will be applicable for Regular employee as equal to State Govt. Rules,,,, But Dairy wont give any additional benefits to Outsourcing employee those who are working hardly in all the shifts. M.D Srinivas Rao, he is unfit for the post of Manager Director for Dairy, Because he will follow their employees information blindly without an clarification.
