Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...ount the issues without partiality, the college would be the best place to work. Salary will not be given on time but will be paid. opt only if you have other income. May month (vacation) salary will be given only if you stay till next year.
