Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst company in the world.. I have never seen such a company.. dis company gives you salary every 2months once.. every employee is frustrated with this salary.. if we ask salary dey will tell tomorrow... It will go up to 2months...I didn't get salary here.. I worked 2months ... MD is worst fellow.. he will abuse with bad words.. don't join guys...
