The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has agloble client base. As a result i get to travel all over tamilnadu excellent feed back from all. Customers & stockist. I also encouraging by our CEO for make new R & D work of market launch new By products. I am very happy for learning and enjoy my work

Dislikes

... I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. There is no over tme duty pay given those times. Also there is no job training for freshers. Hence senior folks like me take charge to guide them step by step, which is a pain some time
