Nothing....for them only F&B is working, rest all are useless

Dislikes

Everything... No leaves ( CL,PL,SL), 15 hrs working that to with any extra wages, totally F&B oriented company, but someone should tell them what F&B will do when your venues , rooms, are not clean lights & AC are are not working,

No timings of shift, you have to come by morning 5,6,7,8 hrs but without break you have to continue till midnight or more, if you will not visible in front of him it means you r not working properly. If you are too kind with MD it means you will get good incriment.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
