There are many points, 1. Irregular salary 2. Too much late salary 3. Zero care with his employes 4. Unlimited working times 5. They dont recognise heard workers and mental workers, they respect recommended manegement person's candidates 6.they dont give TA DA also many times 7. I worked my 7 years of experiens only out of state, without giving any benifit 8. It have HR and heir manegement persons only recommended unskilled persons. 9. They force to work even corona time also, and the did not give any TA, DA also. 10. I am convey my opinion due to safety for my juniors 11. It is compleatly wast of time and life in this company vijai electricals ltd

There is no such a cluture to develop individual talents. There is no hike in salaries . Don't move with bond . Some time you have to serve youself water and needy
