To much pressure, no job security, they are like mandate company will hire you and then put tones of work pressure cancel your weekly offs and will fire you by saying that you are not capable. Even after 9% conversation they will put you on pip by saying your performance is low. To much politics and favoritism.

Only one thing whent wrong layoff at this situation (Covid - 19 ) which brought hole carrier of mine on stake. Management would have thought once about people depend on them.
