It has been a great experience working with Vigor. Working closely with brands & become a part of Ad campaigns. Every day is a challenge with new briefs on the table & working, brainstorming with young set of minds. It has always gave me opportunities to learn & evolve.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. These days often have team engagement activities/ sports which are kind of a stress buster.

Likes

The Company Culture and Work Life balance is good. We work 6 days a week but for 8 hours a day. Saturdays are usually a fun days, where we do employee activities post 4pm. The Management has been revied and proper policies have been implemented to create the perfect balance.

Nothing as of now. Things are smooth.

It has been a great experience. Due to the vast arena of brands, there are many opportunities to unlock. Every day there are new challenges to lead and learn from. The team members and team leaders are exceptionally kind and keen on their responsibilities.

It's great working at Vigor and the brands which they are associated. The work has been appreciated and given many opportunity to work with several brands work. I am Grateful that i started my career from Vigor LaunchPad.
