Who are taking responsibility of school like vice principal and vice principal , there are treating like a labour . There are showing partiality on a teachers.

The school is a pleasing place to everyone except teachers of the school. Especially high school teachers have a very hard time there. A high school teaacher has to work for one and half hours more than other teachers. There is not even a single free period for them. That's why the works like correcting the answer papers of the students has to be done at home, which is awful. The worst thing is they don't even have a staff room for lady teachers of the high school. There is only one staff room on a floor which is provided only to male staff. The behaviour of the Principal crosses all the limits of stupidity, stubbornness, and heartlessness, but only for teachers. Overall it is the worst place for a teacher despite of a lavishing green and big campus.

Dislikes

Except working hours 8 to 5 everything feels like good. Its a very good work environment and friendly atmosphere between colleagues and good management with human values.
