Made perfect in recruitment..completed 2 years but feels like lost time..no job security..pathetic management..faithless people and management..always changing in rules and policies as per managements requirement..HR is always in the favour of management..not thinking about employees..non trustworthy management..no growth path..seniors are mostly insecure about new comers and their good knowledge..non supportive HR..harrashment to the employees..Uneducated and most unprofessional HR..management are acting without proper listening.

Good for beginner's . At starting of career you will get knowledge of all stages of process fir product development. Because of medium scale company product delivery is important so much pressure is there. Management is not supportive but overall good work culture.
