There was nothing can be liked as an honest employee but i can't say anything for the people who believe in buttering because this organization has a very bad culture of nepotism and favouritism.

I have been selected for AR one week before .Once I got selected HR text me and asked for all of my documents which I mailed her.After a week when I call the HR neither she is responding to my call email or messages suddenly out of the blue yesterday she told me that we are not hiring any more,on that particular day one of my friend gave interview for same profile. what kind of company is this after taking my all documents she is telling that we are not hiring

Once you get tenured you need to make internal relationship to get promotion, QA and Payer Outcome department has less hike while promotion so please avoid these departments.
