...emselves by technologically nor by employee policies, They don't even have HR'S. Firstly they will offer you package less than 9k and expect you to work like a 5+ years experienced person for more than 10 hours a day. Secondly, workplace is like a old generation cyber cafe, you would want out this from day one itself but won't be able to cause of 1 year bond(final year mark sheet submission). To add more to it, Manager are toxic and ill minded. Work life balance is non existent. 3 months notice is just too much for an entry level job. Conclusion: You will get better satisfaction by selling tea by roadside than working at Vieva Intech. If you want to see real example of 'axe on one's own feet'? Only then join this pathetic company

...e are tons of sphagetti code. You might be shifted to support work from day one. Salary is low and some people work overtime everyday (sometimes 15 hrs.).
