The South Regional manager doesn't know anything and he will not let you grow in organization.. Till he goes business and numbers will not grow.. Keeps grudges.. Company puts huge pressure on numbers..

Covid Support:- Fired Half of the team in india and another cost cutting list in under preparation. Pathetic Management, culture word is not in there dictionary. company policies changes as per the management comfort. be ready to get fired in short notice and your Reporting manager couldn't take the responsibility of the handover so there is no handover and F&F system. so beware!!

Its very difficult to write anything here as it was mentioned to avoid offensive language. There is a lot of politics specially in North india the North head should try his career in Politics rather than sales. He's so polite that you couldn't imagine that he back stabbed you for saving his chair thats how he's spending.. don't trust me ? Ask any of the sales person in Delhi. Suggestion Keep the distance as much as you can from this company to save your career.
