Persons who are staying near by company is the only advantage of this company.If we talk about new innovations/ideas it's a crime there.All we have to follow the management worst rules. Unworthy candidates are more which is beneficiary to the company.

The work pressure is very high. No co-ordination in management. Every month salary dates will change,No increments for employees

I am Janardhan Reddy worked as Senior engineer for production and Quality Department. Poor planning for production no document schedule plan, Plant Head is behavior like workman he doesn't know how to respect people. Nobody takes ownership to put signature. Paper work is more compared system works. Company doesn't give permission to take small problem solving decision it's really hard. Always conduct meeting wasting lots of time. Plant Head way of talking is I really feel worst. Plant Head name Mallapa. People don't join here if u join u have to work 10hours .

I don't like system, Management is failed to execute plan, Poor communication

As a mechanical student fresher I got recruited & had learnt a lot of knowledge in overall Departments and also alloted me as a inspector for fabricated tanks at vendors end with that I really learnt a lot many things, a loved environment, especially Managing director sir, who encourages and motivates a lot.

Seniors required to guide & respect the fellow employee.
