Faced a lot of problem related to time... No balance on work and life. They do not raise the salary in place of it they find faults as to why salary should not be raised. Teacher's training programs were good but they didn't supplied enough time to implement that. And the teachers kept themselves busy in flattery rather than work.

Dislikes

They wanted us to work for unlimited hours in fixed salary. Also poor quality of resources for the students and teachers.

Not a right place for experienced faculties.

Dislikes

College environment, suddenly management changes his decision, management doesn't confirm what he wants do., Working hours minimum 8Hr. No limit of maximum, some teachers always over work loaded. I had 48 periods in a week.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
