There is no salary issue but no salary increment in any stage . No other think to like that company in Bhilai or any other centre of Chhattisgarh

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work atleast 12 hours daily and no holiday even then no Sunday . There are mostly environment like political. This is very bad so I took dicision to quit there

Freedom in work New Ideas are appreciated, Nice Sales Team Supportive Management Leadership is the best , treats every employees as family members ❤️ Yearly growth, yearly incentives on time, salary on time on 1st of every month . Good colleagues Customer friendly ie students friendly approach at each center across the country

Some but likes are much more than the below mentioned dislike which is not a dislike but would be appreciated if it is started . no Family insurance no travel insurance on tours no paid EL no weekends at times work starts from Mon to Sat and Sunday's are working. weekly off on Monday but meetings

Average . Velachery centre is franchise. Original VMC policy is far better than what they do use.

Dislikes

No appraisals, less students, growth stagnant. Incase you took wfh as all batches are online,they will provide 50% salary, by saying you are regular faculty. You must come to office.

There is nothing to like about the company, but after working 4 months if you get one month salary then the people slightly happy with this.

The whole company is fraud, even they never giving salary on time. For making money the company distribute franchise and almost all centres are franchise.

Good atmosphere and polite co workers. I love my teacher job and my dr students.school policies are good and fair salary there is stress buster yoga and gaming for chilling

There is lot of politics from management side. Salary is not good.
