There is nothing to like about the company, but after working 4 months if you get one month salary then the people slightly happy with this.

The whole company is fraud, even they never giving salary on time. For making money the company distribute franchise and almost all centres are franchise.

There is no salary issue but no salary increment in any stage . No other think to like that company in Bhilai or any other centre of Chhattisgarh

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work atleast 12 hours daily and no holiday even then no Sunday . There are mostly environment like political. This is very bad so I took dicision to quit there

Nice work place... Owner is like God... I get three months salary after leaving the organisation... Sandeep bhaiya support every faculty and understand What actually..... Even some top level management trying to do some politics.. For own. I mean zero politics for you.. Safadrjung centre.... I was work... There are geneus faculty.... All top level Faculty... . Mathematics... Guru... H. O. D Mr gaurav garg.... He is kind of person... Agressive by nature BT supportive... I was working under gaurav garg... As mathematics faculty.4-1/2 years approx. I joined in March 2015 on 37500 monthly salary..and after 3 years 76000 monthly... Growth part is awsome....

Some but likes are much more than the below mentioned dislike which is not a dislike but would be appreciated if it is started . no Family insurance no travel insurance on tours no paid EL no weekends at times work starts from Mon to Sat and Sunday's are working. weekly off on Monday but meetings

Work culture, shift rotation, department shuffle too much, partiality in promotion, favouritism. If you are a slave kind of person then please join vmc.
