Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? If someone is really passionate in teaching I am sure that they will enjoy working with the best children gathered at one place, salary promptly paid exactly on the last day of the month even during covid they paid 100 percent which shows the compassion the foundation is having for the people.

Dislikes

No Transperancy in administration and policies related to promotions/recognitions. Foundation is good with poor quality people in local administration which is a great drawback. Whatever best you may do you will never get recognised unless you have strategies to please the local administration which is the saddest part of this great organization.
