Good infrastructure of school

... of job security issue. They treat employees like a donkey and less salary paid. No hike given, if the women faculty is conceive. No benefits were given. Outdated school environment for students and also for faculties. Too much of restrictions for faculties. Overall experience was bad. Never choose to work for this school.

* They didn't give my Leave Encashment back after resigning * No exposure to Research or paper publication. * HOD's are puppets under the hand of Principal and have lost their Independent Thinking, they continue to please the Principal. * All employees are Underpayed except the Principal. * People who don't get job elsewhere end up themselves in this college.

Likes

I was lucky to have like minded people working with me. So it was fun. Infrastructure is great and so are facilities.

Dislikes

The school is like any other, but as it is a residential one, personal life of teachers are non existent. There is little career growth, and very few training opportunities.
