Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The management and owner are fraud, they don't pay salary expenses on time, expect you to expense your own salary for company need. They think they are powerful and they can destroy employees but they are super fool.

...they don't provide offer Letter at Marketing Manager position nor visiting card. Not Paid my salary so quit nor are willing to settle dues but Expect U to work in system.
