Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I was very happy to work in VIDHYANIKETHAN COLLEGE, Father and Principal very supportive and good, Collegues also very nice to be with, very good library I love to be their... want to rejoin VIDHYANIKETHAN COLLEGE, I like to be a part of college always..

Students were the best thing working in there and some of the colleagues were helpful a lot.

Dislikes

They are not very supportive to everyone but to a few favourites esp the Present Principal. I was criticised in meetings in front of everyone which made life difficult there. No job security if management doesn't like you. They are also not open to new ideas
