.... moreover some employees are asked to do work even when they are on leave....and salary is also deduct. 9) Management clearly says in a meeting that if u are not able to complete the task with in a limit then do it after the shift time and even on holidays if u wanna save ur job....otherwise u just fired....and that word too in a very arogant way..... 10 ) finally, if u are having a financial issue then only u can join... otherwise it will be a biggest mistake of ur life ever.....moreover ur mental peace is in danger... This is the reason that this company has all time opening.....as explained in SUGGESTIONS - At the time of interview, asked the person that they are free to work on after time or weekend also....so that Candidate who has issues never join.

Beware of this company.

Dislikes

...s are Underpaid. just the minimum wages. Also Earned Leave is part of CTC here. So yes, Earned Leave is deducted from the employees salary. They are always firing employees without any prior warning. The management does not value opinion and suggestions.

Limited rights, No employee engagement Being an hr you don't have right to take any action against anything wrong happening Hr things are done by the program associate employees No workflow in this organisation You have alway says yes to the vp if you no then that means you have to leave the organisation They fired an hr all because he has drink an cold drink worth rs 10 such a dump they are. So it's humble request to the vps please maintain the workflow.
