Hello Everyone, I worked at Vidya mantra, here are given my reviews about the company with my best of knowledge and honesty... Pros - Breakfast are provided Cons - 1 ) Size of company is very small ( I think it's not that much issues for some person) 2 ) when u join u feel very good but after some days u have given a task that is either too easy ( in terms of deadline) or too difficult ( in terms of deadline) so u can not complete the task on time. 3) Too much work pressure u feel after some days and even just because of same, the behaviour of the colleague is changed in terms of argument and all that stuff. 4) The behaviour of the Leader is totally foolish, like they even don't know that how to behave in an office they used to talk like street type of language ( tu....tadak). 5) when a fresh task is come, the Leader just put that task without even think that it can be completed on time or not and whatever time that alloted by the so called management, just as it is asked to do so by the colleague......here the problem is some task is too easy as they don't know that how much time it can be consumed....but some task is too much difficult and that can not be done by anyone with that much of efficiency ( what management wants). 6) The biggest issue is that if u have self respect than please leave it outside the office....as u are asked to complete the task even they know it can not be completed on the given time.....but they indirectly wants to do the same task on weekends also (from home). If u deny then u just fired. 7 ) Last but not Least.....Job Security is 0 percent....if u are a puppet than only u can survive.....even I have seen a lots of employees who are part of the company a long time treats like nothing and got fired.........in a very short span of time I have seen a lot of employees almost 6 to 7 employees are fired in just 2 months . 8 ) I don't wanna name of some person but those are on top Leader and HR also used to say that if they gets another job they just leave the company...... moreover some employees are asked to do work even when they are on leave....and salary is also deduct. 9) Management clearly says in a meeting that if u are not able to complete the task with in a limit then do it after the shift time and even on holidays if u wanna save ur job....otherwise u just fired....and that word too in a very arogant way..... 10 ) finally, if u are having a financial issue then only u can join... otherwise it will be a biggest mistake of ur life ever.....moreover ur mental peace is in danger... This is the reason that this company has all time opening.....as explained in SUGGESTIONS - At the time of interview, asked the person that they are free to work on after time or weekend also....so that Candidate who has issues never join....Read More
