Terrible experience, worked for him more then 4 years, Owner of Institute purely selfish and cheater. Never care for their staff, just use and through. Purely manipulated institute play with career of students. Pls dont recommend any staff as well student. Lot of good institutes available in surrounding area. Please be careful.

Teaching job is in itself a motivational field as you deal with students and educated minds all time. You can teach, give path, nurture talent which is good part and students are willing to learn always in VJE.

Dislikes

Even in education, surprised to see lot of politics has took place. It starts from initial level from Dean itself. He has his own group of 4-5 teachers who just play with Director and other faculty all time and give wrong reports to Campus Director. They have core mindset, give troublesome experience to students, sharing is not caring attitude, try to humiliate students through fines and restrictions which stop them from learning. I shall not say this but even few teachers specially from our HM humiliate girls in wrong ways which never come out due to involvement and supporting nature of Dean for those teachers. Its a hub of politics which seem dirty. No scope of creativity, learning and development overall for students apart from HM. I kept it short and writing truth just for goodwill of education system.
