Likes

There is a good team work . There is good travelling and medical allowance. They give gift and bonus on special occasions and good working environment.

Dislikes

There is Increment issues from last two year due to corona pendmic. There is problem in accommodation and food and it is not big organisation so, career growth is slow.

Company atmosphere is not good for doing gob,no team work and such a worst company.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor and no growth. The work pressure to much high. Every times, I have to work 14 -20 hours in a day. Manager of this company is brain less ,heartless.

It's a fabulous company, to make your growth as a site engg. Company Owner is the best person I have ever seen .

Dislikes

There are some arrogant people on senior positions. But it doesn't effect company working culture.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
