Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The work culture here is extremely bad,the we cannot able to maintain work life balance because of high pressure and here the upgradation of skills and development and learning will be restricted and limited we will not able to learn new concepts and to take a single leave we should ask permission like 15 days prior totally unsatisfied with work
