Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They are transparent in thier work, work legaly and contribute its might towards social developement They give freedom to work and speak .Very nice place to work.

Dislikes

As it is situated in rural areas like basti and villages the environmet is not very hygenic.There is too mamy process which are time consuming to arrive at results.

Things cannot be defined like that.. I have been liking the work environment, open culture, learning atmosphere and many more such things which have encouraged me to stay around. The COVID 19 pandemic has hit everyone in a big way globally and being a grass root NGO Vidya & Child has tried sustaining the employees and their families by paying salaries on time even though our resources have been hit in a major way .
