Dislikes

They don't have any roles & responsibilities for the post and they even don't have the idea What Admin Manager will do. If we frame the system, the management will question you. Rather than your roles & responsibilities, the management will ask you to do irrelevant works and force you to do so. They don't give you seating and even a draw table to keep your belongings, They believe that if you sit you won't work.
