Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Leading a women's college is not at all an easy matter. Safety, security, Education, balancing public and Private merit and demerit reviews equally, treating guests, Giving much more importance to the Women students and their opinion... Etc...etc

Dislikes

This opinion is applicable only to the Heads and Staff ... Staff Cooperation required. Always murmuring about one another must be eradicated. Implementation of... If like the Management and Profession continue job or go away policy. Recognition of each and every activity is important for ones own growth. Impartiality must be implemented and Respect each other.
