Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. No job security no job satisfaction Do partiality between staff at Diwali bonus time they don't give equally bonus to all staff they given double and triple bonus to perticular staff members and same as behaviour on incriment time they do

Apart from the hard work I have done there, I have never received a compliment for that achievement. On the contrary, the question arises as to whether this work can be continued without being cursed for doing hard work, because I have seen with my own eyes how many people have left after getting bored with all these things. I had an argument with the boss of the same company. As I mentioned above, he got me out at that moment. I started walking.
