Its my second company i joined here as ai engineer, except salary this place is best interms of all the career aspects, specially support from vivek sir and jay sir. they always helps you to move forward with new ideas and tech stack. Work life balance is also good as they are providing hybrid and remote opportunity.

Dislikes

As per market standards and the work i think they need to restructure there pay scale.

Likes

There’s nothing much to like about it... just that it’s work-from-home, and some employees are good. They’ve just started giving compensatory offs for national holidays, but even that will be decided by them when to give.

Dislikes

You only find out the next day’s shift the night before, which ruins work-life balance. There are no promotions, favoritism is prevalent, and there’s no appreciation for your efforts. They claim it’s an 8-hour job but make you work 12-13 hours. The weekly off isn’t fixed, and you don’t even get national holidays.

Poor Product team, post the new Product leader who has stepped in 2024. Previously it was a great company. No job security. Heavy politics. Company will spend money on random things heavily and then lay off.
