Company offers good salary package but the sales territory which you were responsible to handle will be huge hence you will be responsible for doing work for 2 sales persons. Average running Km per month will be approximately 2500. All documentation work life Salesforce Updation, Proposals, Techno-Commercial comparison etc you have to do in your personal time. Mental torture for generating business, your manager treats like fresher and daily you have to report morning and evening on call, on Salesforce. No skill development, even during last one year no physical interaction with any one from headoffice, no curricular activities, no motivation only and only business that's it. No personal life left even you may have to work more than 10-12 hours on daily basis.

Very good company to learn MNC culture. Few thinks to highlight like they are using very good tools to identify problems and solving that problem. BEST PLACE TO LEARN DANAHER culture.

CTC is good but 80% fix and 20% variable pay. End of the year you will get only 80% of CTC. There is no market corrections. They will pay very less as compared to market. About performance appraisal they will give max 8% per year which very less compare to market. Good place for 1-2 year.
