I think my company medical ESI rules are not good for that type of person they earn below 20k salary My Salary is below 18k so that's why my company will move to the esi I m onrole person as per company but I have no good medical facility not for me about my parents I think it's very fool insurance policy

Very poor Management, only revenue oriented. Management never cares about Its employees only to cost-cutting. Office politics is highly appreciated. No value of labour and knowledge, only buttering works here.

Dislikes

Worst HR policy. Employees live in tension always because anything can happen to their career anytime.

It is a very good place for students to work with their studies salary is ok One can learn the way of talking with others and can learn to deal with rash people polietly.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
